3. Subscription and Payment

• The Service requires a paid annual subscription of $20.00 CAD per year
• Payment is processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days notice

4. User Account

• You must create an account to use the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCT INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
